Every time I used the app, I recorded my screen and spoke out loud about what was going through my mind. Afterward, I shared the videos with the study moderator. The moderators observed how I found my way around the site. \n“Together with four other test users, I visited a mobile phone provider in person. We had a lively 1.5-hour discussion about a new concept from the client. First we were introduced to the proposed offers and had to answer some questions about our past usage habits, then we discussed the various aspects together. It wasn’t just entertaining \u2014 it was also really interesting for me as a customer. The behind-the-scenes look was exciting, and the client was grateful for our feedback.”<\/p>\n
