To ensure that our usability test is right for you, we’ll ask you some questions when you sign up. This will take less than 5 minutes. Your answers and data are secure and will only be used to match you to the right usability test or survey.

We invite, you decide
When a usability test or survey is available, we’ll send you an email invitation. We’ll ask you a few more questions to check suitability. If you’re a match, we’ll invite you to participate in the usability test or survey. If you accept, you can pick a day and time that suits you.

How long does a usability test or survey at Ypsomed take?
An on-site usability test usually takes up to 60 minutes. Surveys such as online surveys take considerably less time.
Are the usability tests recorded?
Our on-site usability tests and surveys are recorded on video. These video files are strictly confidential and are only used for evaluation purposes.
Where do the usability tests, online-surveys or remote interviews take place?
The different user tests can take place in different cities of the following countries: Switzerland, Germany & United Kingdom.
Will I have to inject myself during a usability test?
No, absolutely not. In none of our tests will you have to inject yourself. In most cases, you do not need to handle a needle at all, as our prototypes do not contain one in most cases. If the usability test requires an injection, this is always carried out in an injection pad. So you don’t have to worry, nothing can happen to you.
Will I have to inject a drug?
In our usability tests, you will never have to inject a real drug into the injection pad. Our devices are always pre-filled with water and therefore no real drug will be injected and wasted during the usability test.
