When a study or survey is available, we’ll send you an email invitation. We’ll ask you a few more questions and check whether you fit the profile of this specific study. If you’re a match, we’ll invite you to participate!

Get paid by giving honest feedback to idealo
Test our websites, apps and actively improve idealo. Discover new product ideas before anyone else. You don’t need any specific previous experience. In addition, you’ll receive appropriate compensation for your feedback by bank transfer.

What can I earn?
Your time is valuable, this is why we compensate you adequately for your feedback. How much you will earn exactly depends on the type and length of each particular study. After the test is finished, you are entitled to your compensation
How long does a test take and where is it held?
Usually tests last between 15 and 60 minutes, this depends strongly on the type. Surveys are usually shorter than moderated user interviews. Currently you can only participate in the studies from home (e.g. online surveys or live interviews via online meetings).
You can tell us when you are available. If your schedule is too busy, you are free to decline invitations at any time.
What are the requirements to become a paid test user?
You do not need any specific education or work experience to become a tester. Two things are very important, however. First, honesty – answer our questions truthfully and share your opinion openly during testing. Second, reliability – once you have agreed to participate in a study, please be on time. If you are unable to attend, please always let us know in advance and officially cancel your participation.
