Bea tested an app

Testperson Bea
“My first study was great! It was a test for Ricardo, the popular app for buying and selling second-hand goods in Switzerland. My task: I got to bid on one item and sell another. Every time I used the app, I recorded my screen and spoke out loud about what was going through my mind. Afterward, I shared the videos with the study moderator. On top of the cash compensation, I got to keep the item I bid on, which TestingTime paid for. The test was a lot of fun!”

Peter tested a website

Testperson Peter
“I tested the website of a well-known supermarket chain over a Zoom call. During the test I was given a few tasks, like setting certain filters or searching for products. The moderators observed how I found my way around the site. The people running the study were very friendly and patient with me, since you’re naturally a bit nervous the first time. 😉 I felt great after the test!”

Alicia shared her opinion on mobile phone plans

Testperson Alicia
“Together with four other test users, I visited a mobile phone provider in person. We had a lively 1.5-hour discussion about a new concept from the client. First we were introduced to the proposed offers and had to answer some questions about our past usage habits, then we discussed the various aspects together. It wasn’t just entertaining — it was also really interesting for me as a customer. The behind-the-scenes look was exciting, and the client was grateful for our feedback.”
