Great news! Effective immediately, signing documents like NDAs is now available as a flat-fee add-on to your Private Pool subscription. You no longer need to pay per test user. Want to learn more? Just schedule a meeting with your Private Pool specialist.
More visibility of the different pool
Have you discovered this new feature yet? The dashboard now includes a new column called “Pool”. This information is very useful if you want to see which pool you used for this study. It also saves you time searching for an order from a certain target group. Now, you can also copy any order from your colleagues directly from your team’s dashboard.
Filter questions for uploads
Have you ever screened for criteria, to which your test users can’t know the answer? You may have this information in your database – maybe it’s an internal categorisation of your users (e.g. Persona A / Persona B)? If this is the case, we have the perfect solution for you. All our Private Pool customers now have the possibility to add such characteristics when they upload their user’s list, and then we can screen test users with those filter questions while recruiting.
Major findings of the online survey
We kindly invited you to fill out a quick feedback survey regarding the new customer dashboard for moderated studies in the last Company and Product newsletter. Now, we’d like to share the major findings with you:
– Majority of the participants mentioned that they really like the new design and experience of the new customer dashboard.
– Compared to before, the new dashboard is now more intuitive and easy to navigate through and provides more information about the test user and the recruitment process itself.
– Better visibility and structure of the information provided regarding test users in different stages of the recruitment process (e.g. improving the scrolling behaviour)
– More control over the recruitment process (e.g. final confirmation of the suggested list of test users etc.)
The next steps
We know how important it is for you to have a good overview of the test user information and to easily find what you are looking for at any moment of the recruitment process, and that’s exactly what we are going to focus on in the next iteration of the customer dashboard.

We asked our German pool of test users what their highest education is. It’s great to see that we have so many studied test users in our German pool. But on the other hand, I wonder if a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is truly necessary for today’s work environments? 🤔
